Sigma Power Select II stones full set

Sigma Power Select II sharpening stones are used for sharpening knives on Hapstone knife sharpeners.

The set consists of 7 grit sizes

•     240 grit Grinding stone, dark green
•     400 grit brown rough stone (grinding)
•     1000 grit Sharpening stone, dark blue
•     3000 grit Sharpening stone, green
•     6000 grit Finishing stone (honing), cream
•     10000 grit Finishing stone (honing), yellow
•     13000 grit Honing stone, yellow

All Sigma Power Select II stones are 5mm thick and are mounted on high-quality aluminum blanks.

Select II is premium sharpening stone series of Sigma Power. Select II are universal but designed to sharpen the hardest steels. Select II stones are composed of aluminum oxide abrasive with the minimum bonding of high hardness. The dishing of Select II will be very low.

Select II is preliminarily lapped and does not require lapping after purchase.

Select II should be used with water as a lubricant. Soak Select II stones in water for 5 minutes before sharpening. Never store Select II  stones in water. Never dry Select II stones near heat.
