Boride CS-HD series stones set

Boride grinding stones of the CS-HD series are excellent stones from silicon carbide, intended for sharpening of knives from hard steels (from 47 to 63 HRc). The set includes 5 stones with a grain size: 150; 220; 400; 600; 1200, which will be enough for all stages of sharpening, from peeling to the final grinding. And the smooth reduction of grain, from stone to stone, guarantees efficient sharpening with minimal time.

The CS-HD series of stones is designed specifically for sharpening knives made of solid stainless or carbon steel. Sharpening with abrasives of this series of knives from soft steels threatens the increased speed of wear and excessive "salinization" of abrasive.

You can work both "dry" and with ordinary water (or a little soap). It is not recommended to use force and pressure during sharpening / finishing!

Does not require special care. Cleaned under running water with a soapy stiff brush (can be a toothbrush). Align after formation on silicon carbide.

Note: Boride stones can have the following defects: traces of a saw on a working surface, insignificant chips on corners and edges (the size no more than 1 mm).

All stones are 6 mm thick and are mounted on high-quality aluminum blanks.
