For a beginner in sharpening, I recommend starting with a set of Boride T2 stones. This set includes five high-quality stones that are versatile and easy to use, making them ideal for someone new to sharpening. These stones provide excellent performance at an affordable price and are suitable for most types of knives.
Please note that Boride T2 stones require the use of oil during sharpening. You can find suitable oil in our catalog as well.
